5. Fees and Payment

The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by our company. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules and payment methods, will be outlined in the corresponding agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges or other penalties as specified.

6. Intellectual Property

Any pre-existing intellectual property rights of either party remain the sole property of that party. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any intellectual property developed or created during the provision of services shall be owned by our IT service company. The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use such intellectual property solely for the purpose intended.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to the provision of services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from their use of the services.

8. Amendments

TWe reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be made available on our website. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
